This property was sold by mortgagee auction last Friday and I thought I would drop you a line to say how impressed I was with the service of both Bayleys marketing agent Peter McIntyre and Bayleys auctioneer.
All through the marketing Peter kept us informed of any issues with the property (there were a few) and always acted very professionally and endeavoured to sort the issues himself. Nothing was a problem to him…
The auctioneer was great to listen to during the auction and his skill at working the room, I believe, achieved a price that was greater than we expected.
From my experience we often are not accorded such wonderful service with agents acting in mortgagee sales so it is very gratifying to come across people like Peter and the auctioneer.
If only all real estate people could be like them…
